Making a statement before you even arrive, available Premium Triple-Beam LED headlamps feature a three-projector design that creates an eye-catching L shape.

LED REAR COMBINATION LAMPS

The L-shaped LED taillamps of the RX illuminate all the way around the sides of the vehicle to create a powerful presence while consuming less power. LED taillamps also last longer and brighten faster than conventional bulbs, possibly giving drivers behind you more time to react to the brake lamps.

PANORAMA GLASS ROOF

The retractable panorama glass roof opens up new possibilities. Creating the illusion of a floating roofline, the panorama glass roof enhances the spaciousness of the cabin, while the rear-seat passengers enjoy a fixed-glass roof for a unique open-air experience.

3.5-LITER V6

Experience luxury that roars. A 3.5-liter V6 engine with direct and port fuel injection delivers exhilarating power with efficient fuel economy. With 295 horsepower, the RX 350 provides a continuous feeling of acceleration. For even greater control, an innovative dual Variable Valve Timing with intelligence system (VVT-i) offers precise engine performance as it reduces emissions and enhances fuel efficiency. VVT-i monitors the engine’s speed and load, increasing torque at lower speeds for improved acceleration, and boosts performance at higher speeds by adjusting intake and exhaust valve timing.

ADAPTIVE VARIABLE SUSPENSION

AVS lets the suspension vary with your mood. With a turn of a dial, AVS monitors and adjusts the electronically controlled shock absorber settings at each wheel depending on road surface, vehicle speed and your driving style.

DRIVE MODE SELECT

Drive Mode Select enables you to make your vehicle more responsive or efficient with a simple turn of a switch. Sport S mode alters the powertrain for more dynamic throttle response, while Sport S+ mode modifies the Adaptive Variable Suspension to help provide a higher level of responsiveness. Normal mode provides the optimal balance of fuel efficiency and engine performance. ECO mode moderates the throttle response, engine power output and climate settings for increased fuel efficiency. And, with the push of a button, EV mode* in the RX 450h enables you to drive for short distances at low speeds on battery power alone.

The available 11.6-inch dual-screen Rear-Seat Entertainment System* enables two video sources to be viewed at the same time on LCD screens behind the front headrests. Using a single remote control, one can be used as a DVD/CD player, for instance, and the other as a game console or audio player via an HDMI input. For your convenience, a wireless remote, wireless headphones*and a two-prong AC power outlet are also included.

This intelligent system monitors road conditions in real time, automatically shifting engine power between the front and rear axles, while 100% of the power goes to the front wheels during normal driving conditions for improved efficiency. Standard on the RX Hybrid, electronic all-wheel drive features a rear electric motor that delivers instantaneous torque to the rear wheels automatically when you need it, with no friction loss.

Four high-resolution cameras* mounted on the front, sides and rear of the vehicle give drivers a bird’s-eye view of the near environment. PRE-COLLISION SYSTEM* WITH PEDESTRIAN DETECTION*

The Pre-Collision System (PCS) with Pedestrian Detection is engineered to detect vehicles in the path of your Lexus under certain conditions. Should the system detect a pedestrian or determine a frontal collision is imminent, it’s designed to automatically prepare Brake Assist* for increased brake force, is able to automatically begin braking before impact, and can even brake the vehicle to a stop at speeds above 6 mph.

ALL-SPEED DYNAMIC RADAR CRUISE CONTROL*

To help you maintain a preset following distance from the vehicle ahead, All-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control uses radar technology to sense the speed of any vehicles in front of you. If you get too close to the vehicle ahead, it can automatically reduce the speed of your Lexus—even to a complete stop. And, as soon as the road ahead clears, the vehicle returns to its preset speed.

INTELLIGENT HIGH-BEAM HEADLAMPS*

To help provide added visibility for you as well as other drivers on the road, available intelligent high-beam headlamps offer added illumination when the road ahead is clear and temporarily switch to low-beam when they sense another vehicle ahead.

LANE KEEP ASSIST* AND LANE DEPARTURE ALERT* WITH STEERING ASSIST

Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist can warn you if it determines you are beginning to drift and can even take corrective measures to help keep you within your visibly marked lane.
